![]() ![]() ![]() We arrived around 6 p.m.There was nobody at the front desk, so after waiting for a while, we called the hotel by phone. I would stay away and surely don’t book it via !! You might end up facing the same nightmare…… Also the hotel does not look like in pictures at all so not worth the price, the reception was quite sad and poorly decorated for Christmas. What a nightmare! Totally unbelievable and wouldn’t expect this from a reputable hotel, such situation did not even ever happened in a hostel to me! In the end, they offered a similar facility from the Group which was satisfactory. ![]() She changed versions 10 times in a few minutes. Hannah would also lie to us saying that the hotel was fully booked for both of the nights we were staying in Key West while the system, and her colleague were confirming the opposite. At one point she left and locked herself up in the back office arguing she would not help us anymore because she was fed up with us - it was hilarious! We were lucky as her colleague at reception was much more reasonable, informative and helpful. It took a good hour to make her realise of how nonsense this was. The manager who ‘welcomed’ us, Hannah, was zero apologetic, about it, very rude and pushy throughout to get us to accept to a worst facility nearby (for the same rate!). We booked our stay via and once we arrived for check-in, they didn’t have our reservation in their system and were fully booked for the night. Horrible experience and incredibly rude staff. "We are supporting Israel in its campaign to ensure that the 7 October attacks cannot be repeated," Mr Miller replies. Stone then asked about US continued military aid for Israel - despite the two countries having "different end points" after the conflict. Mr Miller maintained the US stance remains that the two-state solution is "an appropriate policy, not just in the interests of the Palestinian people, but in the interests of the Israeli people and in the interests of the long-term stability and security of Israel". He asked Mr Miller first about our interview with the Israeli ambassador to the UK yesterday, and whether her rejection of the two-state solution goes directly against US government policy. Sky's US correspondent Mark Stone asked questions of State Department spokesman Matthew Miller during a media briefing earlier. His comments came after the Israeli ambassador to the UK told Sky News yesterday there was "absolutely" no way a two-state solution could work.įor context: The PA has "municipal authority" over the affairs of Palestinians in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, while the PLO takes broader decisions regarding Palestinians worldwide - but holds no legal authority when it comes to internal governance. The US security adviser said governance of the West Bank and Gaza needed to be connected under a "revamped and revitalised" Palestinian Authority (PA). The last few days have been dominated by discussion over whether a two-state solution in the Middle East is still viable, who could govern Gaza and what form a government there could take, and Mr Sullivan has now had his say. A bit more from White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan now - who has been speaking on his visit to Israel. ![]()
